I went and interviewed Mr. Walls about why girls can try out for wrestling but guys can not try out for volleyball. Which then he said “Honestly I don't know. If I had any control over it guys would be allowed to tryout. Because when I worked at a high school all guys were allowed to try out for volleyball. In fact when I was a basketball coach I would make some of the guys tryout if they were not already on the football team. Because the conditioning was really good for them and it is easier for the guys to get a scholarship and anything to help pay for college is GREAT!"
